PROJECT DETAILS

Structure

Framed Structure: Structural designs follow engineers’ and architects’ guidelines, adhering to Vaasthu principles for positive energy.

BASEMENT: The basement will be raised 3 feet above the existing ground, with car parking adjusted to suit site conditions.

Flooring

Vitrified tiles (2"x2") with 4-inch skirting are used for floors, and ceramic tiles with a 7-foot wall covering are applied in toilets. Renowned brands like Somany and Asian are preferred.

Main door

Teak wood frame with panelled shutters, equipped with necessary hardware, ensures durability and style.

Other door

Country wood frames with moulded flush shutters are used for interiors, while PVC doors are installed in toilets. The main door will have a polished teak finish.

Windows

UPVC sliding windows with sturdy grills offer functionality and security.

Paintings

Interior and exterior walls are finished with primer and two coats of Asian Tractor Emulsion, with putty applied for a smooth interior finish.

Amenities

Hall/Dining: A Kadappa slab shelf with four sections will be included, subject to space availability.
Fan and light points, TV, telephone connections, and necessary sockets are installed for convenience.

Bedrooms

Bedrooms come with lofts, Kadappa slab shelves, and two-section wardrobes. AC points, fan points, and other necessary electrical connections are provided.

Kitchen counter

A granite counter with a stainless steel sink is installed, along with electrical points for mixers, fans, and exhausts. Fridge points are included if space allows.

Toilets

Bathrooms will feature Western or Indian closets, showers with taps, and light and geyser points. High-quality brands like Parryware will be used.

Other General / Common Amenities

Includes roof weathering, borewell with motor, overhead tanks, septic tanks, and staircases with MS railings. Anti-skid tiles are used in common areas, and an inverter provision is made.

Other Special Amenities

Rainwater harvesting, terrace clotheslines, and shamiana rings enhance functionality. Wiring and switches are sourced from brands like Anchor Roma and Orbit.

Elevation and Colouring: The building's elevation and colouring will be finalised in collaboration with architects.
