PROJECT DETAILS

Structure

Framed Structure: Structure and designs as per structural engineers' and architects' specifications. Designs comply with Vaasthu principles.

BASEMENT: The basement level will be 3 feet above the existing ground level. Car parking level will be adjusted according to site conditions.

Flooring

Vitrified tile flooring (2"x2") with 4-inch skirting.

Ceramic tile flooring for toilets, with wall tiles extending up to 7 feet.

Tiles from reputed brands like Asian, Somany, Anuj, or equivalent.

Main door

Teak wood frame with teak wood-panelled shutters.

Necessary fittings included.

Other door

Interior door frames are made of country wood.

Moulded flush shutters for door panels with necessary fittings.

PVC doors for toilets.

Main door with French polish.

Windows

UPVC window frames with sliding shutters and grills.

Paintings

Inner and outer walls: One coat of primer and two coats of Asian Tractor Emulsion paint.

Inner walls finished with putty.

Colouring to be chosen by the architect or builder.

Amenities

Hall / Dining: Based on available space, one Kadappa slab open shelf (1x4', four sections) will be provided.
2 fan points, 2 light points, necessary sockets, a TV, and telephone points will be provided.

Bed Rooms

Each bedroom will have one loft and a Kadappa slab open shelf (size: 16" x 5 sections).

A wardrobe with two sections will be provided.

Each bedroom will have one fan point, two light points, and necessary sockets.

AC point provided in each bedroom.

Kitchen counter

The kitchen counter will be made of granite with a stainless steel single-bowl sink.

Electrical points for the mixie, grinder, light, fan, exhaust fan, and necessary sockets will be provided.

Depending on available space, a fridge point will be provided in the kitchen/hall/dining area.

Toilets

One western/Indian water closet in each toilet.

Showers with hot and cold water taps will be provided.

Each toilet will have one light point and one geyser point.

EWC from Parryware or equivalent with Slimline flush tank and Indian closet from Parryware or equivalent.

Bath fittings (shower & taps) will be from Waterman or an equivalent brand.

Other General / Common Amenities

Roof weathering course, staircase, overhead tank, borewell with motor, septic tank/sump, and compound wall will be provided.

Phase wiring will be provided.

Common area lights will be provided where necessary.

The staircase will have MS grill handrails, and staircase flooring will be done with anti-skid tiles.

Inverter provisions will be made.

Grill gate for main doors.

A telephone jack will be provided in the living room and master bedroom.

Other Special Amenities

Shamiana rings and clothesline on the terrace.

Rainwater harvesting system.

All electrical and plumbing materials will be of good quality, ISI-certified brands.

Wiring will be from Orbit/Standard or an equivalent brand.

Switches will be from Anchor Roma or an equivalent brand metal box.

Elevation and Colouring: Elevation and colouring, along with other technical and structural activities, will be done as per architects' and structural engineers' specifications.

 

NOTE : Additional Electrical / plumbing provisions or fitting / fixtures, Doors / Windows, AC Provisions etc will be charged extra as per the site conditions
